Loyalty Health Care Services provides Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA), which is disability housing designed to empower independence in those with functional impairments or very high support needs. This service enables you to have access to features that improve your quality of living within your home.
For those with SDA funding, we aim to meet your needs in new and innovative ways as SDA residences move away from shared homes to smaller models for independent support.
To be eligible for SDA funding, you must meet the NDIS funding criteria.
