Interacting with others is a great way for a person to improve their mental health and keep themselves busy with the community. People with disabilities may find this a challenge.

Loyalty Health Care Services believes that:

• It can lead to better health outcomes for people with disabilities and their caregivers (in terms of health, employment, education, income and health outcomes).
• It can reduce long-term care and support costs for people with disabilities and may prevent people with limited disability care and support needs from requiring expensive levels of care and support.
