This service enables you to access disability support outside of your home. We provide assistance in overcoming the challenges of leaving your home and finding the appropriate transport to suit your needs. Our staff support you in acquiring the skills to travel confidently within your community by:

• Educating you on public transport timetables and routes
• Helping you to purchase, use and recharge public transport cards.
• Mapping out your desired route and accompanying you on the journey.

If public transport isn’t for you, this service can also provide staff that transport clients using their vehicles.
